Colombias president Juan Manuel Santos har drabbats av prostatacancer. På onsdag ska han genomgå en operation för att ta bort en cancertumör.

Santos sade på måndagen i ett tal till nationen att tumören är liten och att den tidiga upptäckten gör att prognosen är mycket god.
